    Where fergie excels

Its the business end of the season and once again united are looking like champions again, leaving city and the rest in their wake. Sir alex has always been able to get the best out of his key players at the right time and have more than just 1 or 2 players that do make a difference.

At the moment valencia, young and Rooney are giving defenders nightmares, and with Johny Evans looking like a real quality player and the likes of Nani and Hernandez on the sidelines, not to mention giggs and the inspirational return of Scholes, sir alex is proving genius beats wealth in the beautiful game.

Meanwhile across town david silva is looking desperate for a rest while balotelli as entertaining as he is, causes more harm than good. City should take pride in themselves for what they have achieved this season. CIty have now become one of the big sides and with more experience have the potential to be champions. Agueros injury has came at a bad time for city but his ability has shone most of the season. City will want him to stay fit with Toure and silva next season and maybe united can be toppled.

Its no coincidence when you see the rotation at united that allows key players to be rested at the right time and therefore stay fitter for longer. Mancini with the players he has at his disposal can’t find his best starting 11 and is not rotating at the right time. Tevez has been missed but his return is too little too late now, when only weeks ago city looked so strong they have been outfoxed in the end by the kingpin of the english game.

Sir Alex biggest rival over the years Arsene Wenger and his arsenal side are so hot and cold these days the fans worry if the glory days have ended for now. Wenger hasn’t made the signings or rotated the squad as well as sir alex over the years, and the gap seems to be opening up. Maybe the rediculous injuries (eduardo, diaby, wilshere, ramsey, van persie, sagna to name a few) have played some part in this, replacing key players has been the big difference between the 2 managers.

After an immence season Van Persie like silva is starting to show the strain and could probably do with a rest. For Arsenal fans wilsheres return can’t come soon enough. All that aside making it to third is nothing short of a miricle after having no wing backs, star midfielder or back up striker for most of the season. While rivals spurs convinced a few that they were potential title contenders.

Since mertesackers injury though Arsenal have been a lot better in defence and with gibbs looking more like the player we were hoping he would be, chamberlain coming on to the scene, wilshere maybe about to return to the frame and Podolski to join in the summer, arsenal are looking in a very good position all of a sudden. If they can keep RVP and bring in 1 or 2 elsewhere who knows what they can achieve.
